Friending Policy: I don't automatically friend back. It's nothing personal. Sometimes it takes me a while to get around to checking out people who've friended me. If you don't actually use your journal, I won't friend you back because I'm getting nothing out of giving you access to my locked posts.
The current title of this LJ comes from the Firefly episode Jaynestown. The full quote is "We gotta go to the crappy town where I'm a hero." And it was Wash who said it.
The subtitle comes from a quote from
malnpudl. She was referring to me and it delighted me so much I had to share. It's the subtitle instead of title because this way it shows up on my friendspage, and I think it's pretty descriptive of my friendslist as well.
Blanket Permission: If anyone wants to use my work for other derivative works--sequels, stories in the same universe, recordings/podfic, artwork, interpretive dance, whatever, I am A-OK with that. Just let me know so I can marvel over the fact that someone wanted to.
