People & Culture Manager
To support our recent growth, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager to play a central role in the next phase of the practice.

Constructive Thinking is a people and technology-led architectural practice specialising in low-energy, low-carbon buildings designed around the people who use them and the communities they support.

With studios in Liverpool, London and Madrid, we work across the UK and internationally.

This is a pivotal role at an important stage of growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys a creative environment, brings experience from any sector and wants to help shape how we grow.

Experience does not need to be within an architectural practice.
