I'll begin: on my first day, we arrived on a planet called Lusania. There were moving mountains that spewed lava, and incredibly angry skeleton things. Some recruits got robot suits to fight in, kind of like Banagur's robot...
The point was to save the planet's natives.

My question: the shai, the main predators on Ajna, weren't that clever. If they weren't so clever, how'd the giant creepy statue get there?

Shinobu Jacobs, Abigail Walker, Erik Lehnsherr, Loki Laufeyson, Barnaby Brooks Jr., Amber, Jonathan Benjamin, and Cissnei are officially assigned as unit leads. Don't congratulate them yet, this isn't a good thing.
Red Team only takes orders from two people. That'd be me and the captain; anyone else goes through me or her. Red Team's job is to make sure anything that can be a potential problem doesn't become a problem. You guys aren't stupid so read between the lines.
That being said, these eight are the best that this team has. Feel free to challenge them to a fight - they've earned it.

For those of you just joining us, you've probably wound up tailing a specialty team within a colored unit. Those teams have team leads, they're supposed to be getting information first and passing it on to you. This isn't meant to be a hurdle to jump, it's designed so that team leads can tell their teams what's going on with a focus in mind. I'll keep using Orange because I feel like picking on you. Harpy, Tengu, and Naga should all have the same information. Harpy should be talking to Green, or escorting Tengu and Naga on data gathering and tech-work, since they're combat types. Naga's focus should be gathering intel and Tengu should be assisting units that are trying to get the jump on this thing. Weren't some of those Reds talking about building traps?
The point of the units and unit leads are specialization of skills. If you aren't doing that then congratulations on missing the point. Within these skill-sets, report to Blue for orders, let Green protect you, and let Red figure out if someone is compromised enough to be a liability.
Etc, etc, you get the idea.
All four of you are a team, start acting like it.
