Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent, free, Photo Editor off the net. I went to CNet but I didn't know what one would actually be what I need. I just want one that will let me crop, resize, and maybe do some basic stuff like contrast and such... and not hurt the quality of the pic much.

The other day I downloaded some new fonts to use in the business card I am creating, but when I went to install the fonts in the Fonts folder in my Control Panel it wouldn't let me. What I mean is, normally I would open up Control Panel > Fonts > File >Install New Font, but the option to install wasn't there. I tried just dropping the fonts in the folder, but that didn't work either.
Does anyone have any idea as to what might be going on and how to fix it? Perhaps a virus? I ran my AVG Anti-Virus and came up with nothing though, so I'm not sure if that's it. I also ran my Scan Spyware just to be on the safe side and still nothing. Any ideas? I'm using Windows 98 by the way.

Anyone got any idea whether Symantec GoBack! uses physical sectors, or filenames, or something else?
I'm migrating a user from one failing hard drive to a brand new drive, and
A) I don't want to lose their GoBack! settings if I can avoid it
B) I don't want to leave them with GoBack! settings that are all fucky if I can avoid it
Mutually exclusive goals, at least potentially, y'see? So, I want to find out whether I should preserve or destroy the gobackio.bin file.
