I heard that there is an online service that allows you to not only find out how many visitors come to your website, but also to know how they got into your website, like where was the link they clicked on to get to your website, and even which part of the globe was this visitor from.
I've been using eXTReMe Tracking but it doesn't seem to be working. It only seems to have worked on the day I put their link on my website. I know of some friends who've come there, but the tracker doesn't say any of that at all.
So, my question, does anyone know of any other services I can try? I posted this here because web design was in the interest list for the community.

i'm not sure if the installation of this software had anything to do with the following, as it occurred immediately after rebooting from the installation.

i installed the Canon software that came with my Canon digicam i recieved for christmas. i rebooted my computer -- i have windows xp -- and wanted to install the photo programs. i inserted the disc but a setup screen didn't pop up. so i went into My Computer to click on the drive icon.

and behold!

there are now no icons for my cd-rom/dvd drives.
i opened up my dvd-playing program (heh) and put a dvd in. it said there is no disc in the drive.

basically,
it appears my cd-rom/dvd drives have been wiped off the face of this earth!

i can't even restore my computer 'cos it's a freaking CD!

any advice/solutions/comments? ... please?

what is the best program to rip individual episodes from a dvd that has multiple episodes on it? and where can i find a crack/key for said program?

I have a question... I'm not really all that computer savvy, so you'll have to help me out. Everything online (from my computer only) has been HUGE lately. Yahoo! mail, gmail, livejournal, everything. Did something happen with the resoludtion or something? Is this a problem that everyone is having? Am I seeing things? Is there anything that can be done to rectify the situation? I feel like someone with really bad eyesight that needs the 'large print' books from the library. Help me!
