The Computer Companies' and Power Companies' Mutual Conspiracy

Every 2 days, sometimes less, but rarely more, I must restart my computer. It isn't because the computer is completely unusable, however it runs at the speed of my 6 year old machine, something unacceptable. After the restart, it performs exceptionetly, never displaying the fabled "blue screen o' death," as many term it. Although the computer is adequate for now, later down the road those restarts will become even more annoying than they already are, circumnavigating the isle of my wants and desires. And when I approach that road, and begin traveling down it, stopping every 10 or 15 minutes to turn off the car, and start it back up again, I will want a new computer. For not only the allure of new speed, but also a renewed hope of a no-faulter atmosphere (I'm thinking of putting up a yellow road sign labled: RESTART-FREE ZONE, in hopes that my computer, in a leap of genous, would understand the point I'm getting at). So thus I come to my startling conclusion: The Computer Companies (henceforth known as C.C.) and the Power Companies (P.C. interesting congruency, isn't it. suspicious, I say) are engaged in a Conspiracy. This conspiracy is no ordanary conspiracy, this is a conspiracy to hurt the general population, using the general population. During the split second time that it takes for a computer to turn off, then turn back on again, a little bit of power is saved. It may seem insubstantial, but imagine that little bit multiplied a thousand, nay, a million times. That adds up to be not insubstantial, but quite substantial indeed. That energy can be sold back to the consumers, who they, in thier coalition with the C.C., cheated, or to other states, where the conspiracy may be evern more widespread. Illustrated above, the C.C. benefit from this also. A friend of mine attempted to penetrate this argument, but his attack did not even begin to puncture the bubble of truth. He said that the P.C. would get more money if the C.C. simply designed computers to never turn off, to be stolid. However, notice that many C.C. are located in the Silicon Valley, a place in California. California is currently in the midst of great energy crisis, and every scrap of power is needed, thus that needle of falsity, which attempts to cover the world in fog once more, concealing the conspiracy, is broken in two by a needle of resounding strength and sharpness. So there you have it, the conspiracy that dictates lives, created by the people, for the people, and of the people.

Ok, I downloaded Partition Magic and tried to get my second hard drive to work with Windows 98SE. I thought I was planning ahead and formatting it as a FAT32 drive when I had Windows 2000, but now 98SE says its a dynamic drive and Partition Magic won't format it. Any help would be appreciated, this problem has me stumped.
