Compete LA, a program of the University of Louisiana System, is committed to ensuring that our digital content is accessible to all users. We welcome feedback from students, parents, employees, and members of the public regarding the accessibility of any official UL System website or web-based content developed, maintained, or supported by the System, including third-party platforms.
How to Submit Accessibility Feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing online content or believe information is not fully accessible, please submit your concern in writing by:
Completing the Website Accessibility Feedback Form on the UL System Webpage, or
Sending an email to the designated System contact.
If you choose to email the System contact, to help us respond as efficiently as possible, please include:
Your name

Our Commitment to Timely Response
Once the UL System is notified of inaccessible content, we will work to provide effective communication and access to the requested information as soon as possible. All accessibility concerns are forwarded to the Digital Accessibility Coordinator for review.
You will be contacted within five (5) working days of receipt.
An investigation and remediation will be completed within fifteen (15) business days, unless an extension is approved by the System President or designee.
A written summary of findings will be prepared within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the review.
You will be contacted to discuss the findings and any actions to be taken.
Recordkeeping
A record of each accessibility concern, including the submitted information, findings, and resolution, will be maintained by the UL System in accordance with Board of Supervisors policies.
