Carriers: We ship primarily via UPS (Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Air).
Guarantees: Please note that UPS Next Day Air is the only service with a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery: To ensure freshness, packages are shipped without a signature requirement. We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package immediately, as we cannot be responsible for items left in the sun.
Transit Delays: While we cannot control carrier delays such as weather or mechanical issues, our No Melt Guarantee covers the condition of your chocolate upon arrival, provided the address is correct.
Address Accuracy: Please check your address carefully. We are unable to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Restrictions: We require a physical street address for delivery. No PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
International: Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Gifts & Promotions +
Gift Notes: Add your message at checkout. You must sign your name in the note, or the gift will be anonymous. No prices are ever included.
Free Shipping: Applies to Continental US orders meeting the minimum spend. Must be selected at checkout. Hot states may be excluded.

Messenger: Same-day LA courier service is available.
