Shipping & Handling Handmade fresh to order in our Los Angeles atelier since 1950. Every order is packed with meticulous care to ensure it arrives at its absolute best.

Craftsmanship Freshly Made All chocolates are handmade fresh to order in our Los Angeles chocolate factory, continuing our tradition of excellence since 1950, to ensure you receive them at their absolute best.

Temperature Control Optimum Delivery We track weather conditions and pack your chocolates with ice to guarantee perfect arrival. If your UPS order melts in transit, we will reship it with our compliments.

Logistics Shipping Schedule We ship Mon–Fri. In warm weather, we ship Mon–Wed to avoid weekend transit. Next-Day orders placed by 12pm PST ship the same day.

Our Promise Our No Melt Guarantee We guarantee your chocolates arrive in optimum condition. If your UPS order melts in transit, we will replace and reship it. To protect your chocolates, we may hold orders if the destination is over 75°F for 2-Day, or 80°F for Next Day.

Detailed Policies

Shipping Options & Restrictions +

Carriers: We ship primarily via UPS (Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Air).

Guarantees: Please note that UPS Next Day Air is the only service with a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery: To ensure freshness, packages are shipped without a signature requirement. We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package immediately, as we cannot be responsible for items left in the sun.

Transit Delays: While we cannot control carrier delays such as weather or mechanical issues, our No Melt Guarantee covers the condition of your chocolate upon arrival, provided the address is correct.

Address Accuracy: Please check your address carefully. We are unable to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Restrictions: We require a physical street address for delivery. No PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

International: Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Gifts & Promotions +

Gift Notes: Add your message at checkout. You must sign your name in the note, or the gift will be anonymous. No prices are ever included.

Free Shipping: Applies to Continental US orders meeting the minimum spend. Must be selected at checkout. Hot states may be excluded.

Local LA Pickup & Messenger +

Pickup: Mon–Thu, 10am–6pm at our LA location. Non-cancellable.

Messenger: Same-day LA courier service is available.
