A fanmix for primarycolors92 who requested "Team Science" at lostsquee's 2010 Luau. As a [computer] scientist myself, I couldn't help but pay tribute to the like-minded (though much smarter) Losties who rely on data, experimentation and research in their professions. Nerds of the world unite! =D

I tried to include every science-related character I could, so the mix has 9 songs, each pertaining to a different character. You might notice Zoe (AKA: 'Tina Fey') is missing, and that is because it is damn hard to find songs related to geophysics. lol. ;) There's a ton of Death Cab For Cutie in there (they have a lot of math-y and scientific song titles!) and a couple Elton John songs. Musically, it's all over the place, but I hope you enjoy this! Apologies for the lateness!

    You guys know the drill with these "____land" communities by now. Much like whedonland and spnland, lost_land is a LOST-centric activity/challenge comm where you sign up, get sorted into one of three teams (Survivors (my team!), Others, or Dharma) and participate in activities and games that gain you points for your team. It should be a lot of fun and will surely help us all deal with the void LOST has left in our lives. I'd love to see you guys over there, so JOIN!     A belated picspam for gottalovev at the lostsquee 2010 Luau, who requested the theme of "Best Friends Forever"! When I tried to think of what friendships I loved the most on LOST, I noticed that nearly all of them involved Hurley. It's really remarkable how many good friendships he made with so many different personalities on the island, and every single one of them loved him as much as he loved them. ♥ Here are 8 of my favourite Hurley friendships.
