Dramatical Error

My mother hates cooking. It's amazing that our family was ever able to survive all these years with my mother's non-passion for anything food. But there are two great dishes that my mother can make better than anyone else I know (the rest are sub-par), they're egg rolls and pho. Having helped her made these two dishes time and time again, I know they are time-consuming and tedious. But if my mother says it's easy to make, then anyone can make them. Per auditrice's request for a pho recipe, my mother was more than happy to share her years of experience. Below is my mother's pho recipe.
