Thanks to the suggestion from moominmama who got me in touch with the Sprout Soup person. Fabulous! Now i"m looking to either join or start a mom's group here in NE columbus. Preferably one where people aren't super-granola (nothing against granola, i just don't fit in with them). I'd like to have people to hang out with who think more like me - whatever works works. Any suggestions?

anywhere in columbus i can go to learn how to wrap a newborn baby wrap? not like a baby bjorn which i have now, but some sort of long-piece-of-fabric thingy.

Hi All!

As many of you know, I've been working for over 2 yrs with the National Sleep Foundation to create a program for Drowsy Driving Awareness. Well it's finally come to fruition and the first annual NATIONAL DROWSY DRIVING AWARENESS WEEK is happening NOV 5-11

Now we need your help...

1. Educate yourself and make a rule to never drive tired and to never let those around you get behind the wheel this way.

3. Print and post one (or more!) flyers around your classrooms, your work, your school, your gym, and anywhere else you go. Any sign could save someone's life. (Ohio State Students: Remember, OSU gives students 50 free prints at any computer lab with their BuckID... use them!)

at the same time, picture living in a way that doesn't guarantee you'll have these incredibly basic things. think about how often we all take them for granted.

We are having a yard sale this weekend fri - sun 8 am to 2pm
SUNDAY IS HALF OFF EVERYTHING!!!!

We have massive amounts of premie to 18 month and some 2t girls clothes and tons of premie to 3 months boy clothes (some 6 month clothes left)! They are all in great shape! And super cheap!

There will be the following:

Sleepers $1
onesies (short sleeved) .20
onesies (long sleeved) .50
outfits (1 peice) $1
outfits (2 peice) $2
dresses (1 peice) $1
dresses (2 peice) $2
pants, shorts, and skirts $1
sweaters, jackets, hoodies $1

there will also be winter coats for the little ones, blankets, socks, and tons of little girls shoes! I also have a ton of little newborn mittens.

Everything you could possibly need for your little one this fall/winter, plus tons of stuff for next spring/summer too!


There will toys and many collectables as well! I have a bunch of boy type toys that are still in their packaging and unopened! Great for christmas!

Other items include toys and miscellaneous household items (purses, kitchenware, etc), golf bag, $2.00 college books, plus-sized womens clothing 1.00 a piece, white parisols (great for kids activities to use for painting or coloring on), ect

Anyone have recommendations for tumbling classes for a 19 month old?

I'm thinking of taking my 3 year old son to Pump It Up, but alas I know *nothing* about it other than it seems to be this mythical place no one ever goes but everyone has heard of. Have you been there? What can you tell me about it? How much is it to get in? Would a 3 year old be ok there?
