Moderators jobs:
-Stamping applicants
-watching out for trouble makers
-making sure everything is running smoothly
-coming up with themes and games for the members
-keeping the community clean and pretty
-keeping the info page up to date and neat
-coming up with new questions and ideas for the application and/or community.

Some moderators will have certain jobs, so you won't be responsible for everything.
