About me

★ Hello! I am Green! The *literal* personification of green for this blog, so call me Green! I reblog green things. ★
★ I go by they/them and any nature-related neopronouns. Try to use a mix of both, please! (If you mess it up unintentionally, I won't mind) ★
★ I live in the U.S.A. ★
★ This blog is a sideblog! I won't disclose my main one. ★

DNF

★ There isn't a DNI (just don't be an asshole), but there is a DNF (do not follow) for those who have a NSFW main blog.★
★ I have nothing against NSFW blogs! I just don't like seeing any sexual stuff or gore. ★

Note

★ NOTHING IN THIS BLOG IS SERIOUS. Assume everything was made with pure silliness and positivity. If it is serious, (which it probably won't be), it will be tagged "serious" ★
★ If you do not want to see my green-theme reblogs (I reblog green things a lot), search my blog by #officalverse ★

I probably won’t get out there to see it this year but along a road in the area of northern Berks County where I lived as a child the American dittany and two species of yellow false foxglove are probably blooming right now. It’s a remarkable thing to pick off a leaf of Native American dittany in eastern Pennsylvania and smell the aroma of the Mediterranean. You could put it in any Italian recipe and it would fit the flavor profile.

Down at the marsh by the park. Strange to be here and not hear a single red-winged blackbird

Out for a walk in the spring evening, the night drawing near. The only thing on my mind is that I want to go home.

Reminiscing late summer walks in the mountains. I always stray from the trail and struggle not to break a leg to get down to a stream. Just to touch the cold water as if its something you have to do out of appreciation. Wouldn't it be great to just float along with the leaves
