OK, so we always have these cheery posts about wonderful things that have happened in our stores. However, what I would like to know is...
Does anyone else's store completely suck?
Do any other stores have crew members who consistantly show up late to work- like an hour or two late?
Do meetings frequently take at least 2 hours because it takes that long to go through the list of bad things that need to (but never will) be corrected?
Do the closers do such a bad job that it take most of the morning to correct last night's close?
Is something in the store always breaking, springing a leak, or growing mold because the owner doesn't fix things?
Does any other store run out of essential items, like sweet cream mix and strawberries, on a regular basis due to the manager not placing orders or even showing up to over half of his shifts?
Do any other stores fail more of their inspections than they pass? Better yet, have any other stores only passed one inspection in over 2 years?

YIKES.. Coldstone is following me! I was offered a job there, I said "eh, no thank you."

Ive been working at the King Of Prussia, PA(second most selling coldstone ever!) coldstone for a year now! WAZZAP YOU STONERS???/

what stores have been mystery shopped for the x-factor because on the site it says theat today is the last day and my store hasn't been shopped yet. or maybe we just haven't found out. usually we get shopped and we find out the next day.

and.... whats with the quiz wheel thing, i looked at the winners so far and like 70% of them were from the same store.. how does that happen? it just dosen't seem right or fair.

ok, its a little dumb but i'm interested.. is the counter with the stones and ghea in a straight line in your stores? because i work at the canton, mi store and ours in in an L kind of a shape. and i've been to the saline, MI store and theirs is in a straight line.. and our back room is smaller but our lobby is way bigger. is anyone elses store like that or is mine the only crazy one out in the middle of a cornfield ........

So i work at the livonia michgian store. Today i was pulling i/c from the blast to the walk in. Well the pan kinda slipped, and it hit the top of my knuckle. I felt it cut it, but i just figured that i just got a little slice like everytime before.
I walk out of the freezer, and i glance down at my hand, and it's covered in blood.
I end up going to the E.R. and getting 3 stiches on my finger. Fun right? :[

Anyone else ever get cut from these pans?....i'm writting a letter to the creamery, telling them that the pans are unsafe :] j/k

So I find it kind of funny that I just got fired from the Madison Heights store...all because I bitch that I'm there at 1:30 in the damn morning when they legally can't hold me there past 11:30. He said that I don't seem happy there and whatever...you're right, I'm not happy staying there that late in the effin night...whatever...have fun whoever still works there...

So last night I was working with Nikki, Josh, and Rae and we were about to close when all of a sudden...

I busted out laughing...that made our night because they are awesome...

So I was thinking about how my last day is soon (a little later now) and I just have to say that working at Coldstone pretty much sucks. It's the people that make it worthwile.
