About the project

We are currently working on a ticketing system to streamline our response to requests. While the technical work is underway, we still need people to actually take care of this.

At this point, we'll likely restrict access to real user data to people we trust, likely Codeberg e.V. members. If you are still interested to build the team, please comment nevertheless. We'll find a solution.

Ok, some questions:

  • What kind of ticket system is being worked on?
  • Does it also handle mail requests?
  • I assume that everyone is allowed to submit requests (not just (paying) members)?
  • Will they be answered according to best effort?

Based on painful experience, my suggestion: Reset the password (also 2FA) only to a confirmed e-mail address, otherwise not.
