Looking for a Moderator!

Wow, it's been awhile eh?

Long story short - the last year of my life has been crazy. My husband and I have been trying to start a family for 5 years (yep, I'm an old married woman LOL).
A year ago we decided to start the adoption process. It was a long, hard road but in August we were united with our first son! We brought him home in September and after a 6 month period we will be able to officially adopt him and change his name to ours and such.
I quit work to be a full-time mom (and believe me it is very full time). I also try and work from home selling things on half.com and helping here and there with my husband's side business.
All this to say - I really don't have a great deal of time to devote to this community on a regular basis at this point.

I'd really love to get the community up and running again, I'd like it to be something that folks really want to be a part of.
So I am looking for a moderator. I will still maintain "ownership" and "creative direction" so to speak but I'd like someone who maybe shares my vision to help me out.

If you think you'd like to be a part of making this a great and lively community please comment here and I will get in touch with you to talk shop! I have ideas that I just don't have time to make happen and I need your help!

THANK YOU!!!!

Signed "Room for Squares" auction.

For all interested, I’m auctioning off my autographed 1st run copy of Room for Squares. I like it and all, but times are tough and the gas bill is freaking enormous.

It’s a pretty rare item, as John only signed and numbered 2000. This one is numbered 11/2000, so it was signed well before writers’ cramp set in. The winner also gets a 2”x2” sticker of the cover art that was a promotional item when the album was released.

Also: If you buy it, you just might become my new best friend.

Nice to meet you....again.

I've had my tickets to the Virginia Beach show for a long time, got them as soon as they went on sale - awesome seats too. Since I'm a member of L83 I got to go to the Soundcheck this time which was fun. I met a girl there who was just crazy about John - she wanted to suck the lips RIGHT OFF HIS FACE! I'm screaming that last part because that's what she sounded like. So to my new friend in pink I say "hello". So all of that is kind of no big deal I guess. Then Jo told me she got us VIP parking and passes to the VIP lounge (which was so much fun). But then she handed me a letter saying that I was going to a special barbeque with Maroon 5 and John before the show! I couldn't say anything about it on Friday because it was all hush hush and I wasn't allowed to tell how I got the meet and greet pass.

Do you know how there is Broadway, then Off Broadway, then Off Off Broadway? Well the barbecue last night was like Off Broadway - you had a bunch of no names but then some famous people. And we weren't Backstage, we were Off Backstage.

So here's me and JO with Maroon 5 Collapse )

And here we are with John.Collapse )

The adorable Dela didn't come out but some of the other guys did briefly. I was hoping Dela would be there because I had something for him to sign. Del-aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh.

More to come later!
