sexy bitch of mine!

I'm back!

Hey everyone.

Some of you may remember me. A few years ago, I was a quite well known around the online contortion community known as contortionistjessi and obviously infected_ex. I was featured on many sites and one of my videos was on Attack of the Show. This peaked around 2008. In 2009, I became severely anorexic and had to enter acute inpatient at 5' 2" 60 pounds. I was on bed rest for 2 1/2 months, on an NG Tube for 6, and in a wheelchair for 6. I had re-feeding syndrome, renal, kidney, pancreatic, and liver failure. I had to rebuild everything. My muscles, bones, organs, heart, ability to walk, and everything more.

But 2 years later, here I am again. Ready to show my face to the Contortion world again and live my dream.

I have lost a lot of flexibility and strength, but I am determined to get it back. I will be what I want. I will be confident.

I have a video of how I am now on youtube right now

Thank you so much. Missed Y'all!

This Week's Edition of "Ask a Busker"

Hiya everyone.

Thanks for great support and start to the new segment on my blog 'Adventures in Gambling, Grifting and Street Performing' over on blogspot.

There's been a few more questions asked over on "Ask A Busker".
This week we're dealing with how to get permits in a city that has no laws for or against busking, and where to look for venues in a new town!

Remember folks, much like the art of busking, this series will only be as awesome with participation! Please feel free to follow along online, or submit your own questions!

Thanks!

Ask a Busker!

Hi kids!

I've decided to start a regular little segment on my blog called Ask A Busker!

I started it this evening after discussing the topic of "frequent questions people ask" me as a street performer. I figured I might as well answer those questions people seem to fire off at me all the time. Since it's the winter time and I'm not busking that much, I figured, now's the time to compile a list of those annoying/thought-provoking questions and start answering them!

Coincidentally, the first post is about why I don't street perform in the winter!

Please read it! Please send in your questions!

Much like the art of busking, it has the potential to be a lot of fun pending on how many people interact with it. So, please contribute!

Seattle Circus Arts Show - The Ghost Game: Dead Gods

Dear Circus aficionados,

If you live in the Seattle area, you won't want to miss our dark, crazy night of aerial spectacle, death-defying acrobatic feats, and scary tales of dead gods... all the details are below.

See you there!

--------------------

All Hallows' Eve looms in the shadows, and The Anunnaki Project invites you to explore your dark side at our third annual October production The Ghost Game: Dead Gods, an evening of deadly dessert theater where even the divine shall perish and YOU are the storyteller. Tickets are selling quickly via Brown Paper Tickets. Get yours before they're all gone!

Inspired by hyaku monogatari, an ancient Japanese parlour game in which guests take turns sharing bone-chilling ghost tales, this elegant evening features tales of dying gods from ancient mythology, spectacular aerial and acrobatic feats by The Cabiri, and scandalously delicious, locally-made desserts.

The Ghost Game: Dead Gods will be presented the evenings of October 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2009 in the intimate theater at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. Tickets range in price from $30-$35, which includes dessert. There will also be a no-host bar for guests of suitable age.

Dessert the weekend of October 16-17 will be provided by West Seattle's Sugar Rush Baking Company (gourmet cupcakes). The weekend of October 23-24 will be delectable cheesecake by The Confectional. Delectable non-dairy fruit sorbet will be offered as an alternative for our vegan and/or dairy-hating guests.

The Ghost Game: Dead Gods is suitable for mature audience members only (teens and adults).
