Condor was a crime syndicate that acted as a subsidiary of Nile. It specialized in stolen jewelry and acted as the main antagonist of Last Window: The Secret of Cape West. Being the ones behind a series of jewelry store robberies, Condor began operating in the Los Angeles area for around two decades (before the events of Last Window).
As Hotel Cape West opened in 1950 under the management of Michael McGrath, it served as a sort of headquarters of Condor. While the hotel ran several types of parties under the names of "Star", the Scarlet Star parties were particularly special, as Condor would make use of these events to seek out potential buyers for the stolen goods, eventually with most trades taking place in a secret chamber located in the hotel.
Condor always kept itself a few steps ahead when choosing their targets and conducting their sales with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in insufficient evidence from the police force. With nothing that would enable a case to be built against them, the robberies continued until they disappeared, with Hotel Cape West also closing down in November of 1967 by Michael's choice, as he wanted to distance himself from the dirty trade.

Trivia
- Condor's logo has suffered a complete change when Last Window was localized to Europe. It shifted away from hard edges, the wings gaining more rounded and organic shapes. It is possible that this change was made in order to avoid censorship/controversy due to its plausibly visual similarities with hate group symbols.
