Ok, you've probably seen it before, but it never hurts to repost it. Plus, the lovely rikes gave permission ;)

The cameraman in DWTS messed up a little at the end of Joey's second performance, BUT the Widescreen version shows exactly what he was pointing at: Chris, supporting our team, and here it is, in case you've missed it.

Oh, and guys, remember to VOTE for Joey! He was in the bottom two despite being in second place with the judges. Everyone has given reasons for it (Most people think it was power voting to save Ian and get rid of BRC), but the bottom line is, we can't let Joey go, can we?

Voting goes live in the moment that the show starts, and you can have up to 5 votes for email address. so let shower Joey with votes, and make sure that he gets up to the final. He's been dancing his ass off (literally!) to entertain us, it's time to show him our love.

The great musiclover03 just uploaded the .wav messages that came with the *N Sync cell phone game at her lj. They're little pre-recorded messages that you could hear in the phone that came with the game.

Hello everybody, this is luxshine, and with milosflaca we're the new choeyposse mantainers. We both love both guys a lot, and we're also the mantainers of the new choey archive at http://choey.glitterink.net . We've got 297 stories and 106 authors, and we'd love to have a lot more.
Anyway, the great hammerhead passed us the torch of this little comm and after a lot of iced tea, milosflaca made a great new layout for the comm (come, come! Check it out! It's amazing!) and we made a huge brainstorm to see what we could do to make this comm active again.
So, well, in the future weeks we'll be fixing links, memories and tags. We'll be linking to meta, and writting meta too, so if you have anythign to say about Chris, Joey, or the love for the Choey, please, do share :)
We'll be putting the comm rules on the profile (pretty basic, and the ones that have been followed by everyone: no flamming, no bashing), but the main one change is that we also want to squee about Chris and Joey and whatever they're doing now. This April and May have been Joey months, because, wow, have you seen him on Dancing With the Stars? And Chris still has a lot under his sleeves like Sureshot and Nigels 11, so all that is considered OT for the com. Pic spams, fic recs, fic challenges, fic-critique... Everything is allowed, as long as it's about Chris, Joey or them both together.
As of now, the comm is using a temporary Choey icon, but we want to make this a community thing, so around monday we'll be putting an icon challenge for all those who want to participate.
And.. that's about it for the first mod post that we do. If you have any suggestions, questions or whatever, you can contact us both at luxshine@livejournal.com or at milosflaca@livejournal.com, and well, to start the ball rolling, why don't you guys introuce yourselves so we get to know everyone? Even if you did introduce yourself back when you joined, it never hurts to say hi again, right?

I'm not the most organized of organizers, sorry.

Anyway, since musiclover03, milosflaca and I started moving to organize Choey Day this April 10, milosflaca and I got the idea of issuing a challenge -which was actually the one option that won the poll- but RL and stuff made it quite hard to put something together until now.

So milosflaca and I decided to make a very simple challenge, which can be found here.

So if you're interested in some inspiration for Choey day, please, take a look :D

And even if you don't join the challenge, don't forget to celebrate the cooles that is the Choey!

The most voted option was the free challenge, so probably around February something we will post a small challenge for whoever wants to do a challenge fic, but since everyone voted also for doing whatever they want... Go nuts! Do whatever you want! Just have it posted in April 10 and let us know what you did to make a masterlist.

To everyone in the comm, musiclover03, milosflaca and I are starting to organize Choey day for this year. Since there has never been a Choey day to our knowledge, we have to start deciding the date, so if you want to give your two cents, please come over here and answer the poll.
