I made a cute Azumarill themed dress for Akane with bubble hem 👗 Matching with Archie!! 💖🌊🐰

archikane it's for bunny day but I think I'm too late haha researching fashion is worth it bc I discover bubble hem that's fitting for Azumarill haha chips's work I drew this really quickly ignore their hands pls I'm sleepy bubble hem is created by sewing the hem of a garment inwards creating a kind of 'inflated' effect her dress is a pun fitting for Azumarills bubbles hehe hehe
