Basically my computer keeled over (god... it was such a love/hate thing...) and I needed to get a new one, you know, one that isn't obsolete.  

So now that everything is taken care of I can finally continue with my weekly manga review thingies....

A Scanner Darkly (4.5/10)

Okay, to be perfectly honest I didn't go to see this move because the plot looked interesting...(which it's not). I went for it's take on animation. The whole movie was shot in live-action, but was then painted over and transformed into something like cell-shading. It's so captivating, that really, you can't tear your eyes away. The plot, while okay, can get really chaotic at times due to random scenes about getting 18 gear bicycles and paranoia..... serious paranoia.  Basically yay visuals and ney everything else.
