to combat my awful week, i'm finally posting a je comparison post that i originally started putting together a few weeks ago. this is the first time it hasn't been asian dude vs. asian dude, so hopefully it still works. there ARE a few probably nsfw pics in this. just a warning.
without further ado, ryo nishikido vs gael garcía bernal!
haaay bb gael! why so sad? ryo is hot too; you should be happy to be compared to him! :D
i'm actually a little nervous that this won't make sense to most people with the nationality and age difference, but focus on their noses and mouths. sometimes the hair and eyebrows. if all else fails, enjoy the eye candy!
i forget how much of a twig ryo is until i compare him to non-johnnys. they've both got that "too pretty to be a mountain man but trying to do it anyways" look going on.
i really don't know what gael's wearing. it looks like a muumuu. but, uh, same pose? same slightly sexy but mostly confused expression?
HAR HAR BLACK AND WHITE GOOD ENOUGH. i. seriously. that's pretty much it for this pair. and i like both photos. oh god, each post is getting more threadbare. D:
these two are kind of like those reenactment photos that fashion magazines do once in a while. you know, where the latest celebrity takes a photo as an homage to a classic actor? totally what ryo was going for here. or gael. whichever photo came second.

i almost posted a cap of ryo from the kanjani8 dokkiri. still my favorite k8 clip ever. how can you go wrong with eito rangers AND morning wakeups?
BACK TO THE MEXI-ASIAN LOVIN'
i spared myself (and you!) the pain of an actual evil ryo grin. their clothing seems to be matching up pretty often, which wasn't really intentional but it worked out nicely!
GAEL. i don't even know. every celebrity has to take at least one sittin' on the toilet photo. i love that he's looking so CONTEMPLATIVE! and ryo's presh too.
glasses! i almost posted another picture i had of ryo with the thin-framed version of the standard je glasses, but this one was closer to the gael picture. also, is that yoko in the background of ryo's picture? he's looking rough, poor boy. D:

it's not a je comparison post without cross-dressing! ryo as mrs. nishikido had to be a gif, seriously. ♥ and gael in bad education is actually amazingly beautiful. i'm a little jealous.
finishing off the post with yet another "yay same pose and same hair so it must be THE VERY SAME" comparison. they both look so dejected. :(
