Bill stands tall with his red hair pulled back in a braid. His green eyes sparkle when there a riddle is solved and there is the witty smile that turns a stranger smiling back. In the traditional world of Wizardly he just not up THERE to fashion. Matter of fact Bill does not give a hoot what people think what he wears. He is his own person and what he chooses to do or wear effects only him. Well to a point depends on the situation. Though if it effects someone else he will go in a deep thought and balance the flaws and merits. He is down to earth well in Muggle terms wearing lose clothes. His style prefer to be muggle with long coat of black a t-shirt once awhile with tie around his neck. Basically Bill wears what he wants unless if its a scene wear he has to wear nice clothes. He fashions himself accordingly. The one signifant about Bill he is very close to his mom knowing she bickers about his hair and clothing. In the Wizard world they think its nice to have a son who is close to the family and he can be very protective. He does not only know magic but he has some ancient spell he learned from ancient books. Though he is not perfect of them but he does know a few tricks up his sleeve. Recently he will be feeling alone but will fill that lonesome with doing work for the Order and focusing on to win this war.
His feelings on Percy is not well. Bill despises his brother for choosing the path and he would find a way to tell Percy what the hell he has been doing. Though if he has to stand up to Percy if he does something to the family down he will try take a him down. That is his fear. He does love Percy for he will be always his brother but once again his trust and honour to the family is up for judgement.
Bill does like to socialze for he likes to use that to draw information for he has learn to gather information in his first year when he was down in South America in Aztec and Brasil in his first months and then after he used it in places like Africa and Cairo. Very social he has strange friends different parts of the world.
When Bill says he will do something he will stick to his word unless it will effect someone or it will harm someone. For an example If someone ask Bill to keep a secret and that person says that this person is going to be harm if they do this. Then Bill most likely break his word for not keeping that promise because he does not want to hold sucj information of someone who might die.
