Sorry for the delay in voting. With only 4 participants left, the next challenge will be the comeback challenge.
VOTING GUIDELINES: • Anyone is allowed to vote. Later on in the round, participants will be asked not to vote, but at this time, it is encouraged. • You will be asked to vote for 1 lesser quality icon and 1 favorite icon. Lesser quality votes require an objective reason for the vote; feedback for favorite icons are optional though requested. You may use the form below in your voting if you wish. • No strategic voting (voting for a favorite icon because you think it won't win, or voting for a lesser quality icon because you think it will) and no asking your friends to vote for your icon. You may encourage them to vote in the challenge, as long as you don't tell them which icon is yours beforehand.
Okay, as I've only heard from three people and only received two icons, I'm extending this until Monday night. so if you are coloredpastels, kyoy, or rabidline please SUBMIT your icon by tomorrow night.
kyoy, you have two skips left; the others face elimination if they do not submit!
Okay, here is our third challenge! Hopefully everyone will be able to submit this week, as there's only 6 of you left!
MAIN THEME: Rivalz Cardemonde
In continuing this round's theme, this week I give you Rivalz, that one guy on the student council who never has a larger part beyond being Lelouch's personal chauffeur and Ashford Academy sidekick. This means Rivalz must be the focus of your icon. I'll allow you to include other characters if you must, but Rivalz must be the point of your icon. If you're unsure whether your icon fulfills this requirement, feel free to ask when you submit.
SECONDARY THEME: Provided Images
You must use one of the images I have provided in your icon this week. You MAY blend two or more of the provided images, but no other images may be used in your icon.
Since there were only three icons this week, there won't be a mod's choice. As my first mod's choice icon of the round would usually become my posting icon, this time I'll be using the People's Choice icon.
Three wonderful icons this week. ^^ Skips have been used for anyone who didn't submit this week.

So far we've only had skips for challenge two and no submissions. I'm sure some good portion of that is my fault for forgetting to screen entries (where was my brain when I posted the submission post?); that is now fixed, and I'm sorry for not checking my post to well enough to catch it.
Since voting can't run without any icons, Round Three: Challenge Two will be extended to next Saturday, October 10 at 7 pm PST. If anyone who has already asked for a skip changes their mind, please feel free to replace that comment with one with your icon for the week.
Whew, now everything should be back on schedule. Sorry about the wait, everyone, I wanted to get everything back on track.
MAIN THEME: Villetta Nu
Continuing with minor character, we have Villeta Nu, the sometime amnesiatic Britannian Knightmare pilot turned spying gym teacher. This means Villeta must be the focus of your icon. I'll allow you to include other characters if you must, but Villeta must be the point of your icon. If you're unsure whether your icon fulfills this requirement, feel free to ask when you submit.
SECONDARY THEME: Song titles
Your icon this week should feature a song title. This means the whole title, please, unless you've cleared a shortened version with us first. The only exception to this is titles with a continuation in parenthesis, such as "It's the End of the World as We Know it (And I Feel Fine)" or "Around the World (La La La La La)" In such a case, you may skip the part in the parenthesis.
