I'm not going to question your motives or condemn you here, I just want to know how this is supposed to work. What if someone claims to be a different sex than they really are, should we require the state government to strip us and look at our private parts before we're allowed to get married? What about a person who has undergone a sex change operation and/or hormone therapy, what gender are you defining them as for your new law? If a farmer loses his family jewels in an accident with a thresher, does he still count as a man or can he no longer marry? There are people who are born with mixed genitalia and hormones that cannot be easily classified as male or female. Are they just not allowed to marry at all? Seriously, I don't have a clue how you guys envisioned the enforcement of this.

I whipped this together pretty quickly, but it took forever to render. This is part of my video podcast series.
