WHO: Ruka and the Cheshire Cat
WHERE: Porter building, elsewhere
WHEN: Back on the 20th
WARNINGS: Cheshire Cat
SUMMARY: Ruka made an offer, which she is now fulfilling.
FORMAT: Words
It seemed as though whatever had been plaguing the City when she returned just a few short days ago was no longer a threat, and so Ruka had surprisingly little difficulty making her way from home back to the Porter Tower. With both Felicia and Edgeworth ported out, and that other Blue not having any recollection of this place, the house felt distressingly empty with just her, Rua, and Remus. That's why she'd offered a place to stay for the unexpected talking cat the Porter had brought in.
And, while he of course himself was not familiar, something about him had struck a chord with Ruka, and she hoped that perhaps this would help her to understand both him and his "Wonderland" better.
Finally arriving at the entrance to the tower proper, she wondered if he would be more likely to be in the building, or out.
"Cheshire?"

"Cheshire?"

"Hello again," she replied, approaching the sign with hands folded behind her back. "It's nice to meet you in person."

The trip would, of course, be faster by bus or by subway, but she wasn't sure if a cat would be permitted on either without a carrier—and it was one thing if it was the cat's idea, but...
"We can go whenever you're ready."

For a moment, Ruka was tempted to pet him, like she would with Kuribon, but they were still strangers, after all. Instead, she rose fully to her feet and, with a wave of her hand to indicate their departure, she began walking.

At the rest Ruka frowned, turning a little as she walked so she could glance down at him properly. "You're one to talk. You're not very large either, you know."
