A fan fiction community to celebrate Canada, Canadian Fandoms, and Canadian Characters
Canada Day is the 1st of July 1867! For a historical explanation see here.
canada_day is a fan-creation (we invite all forms of fan participation) challenge in its inaugural year. We are open to all fandoms, especially ones set in Canada or with Canadian characters. We might consider it good manners if you involve Canada and/or Canadian in some way, but like the country we honour we do not seek to impose.
This challenge takes the form of a prompt orientated challenge with participants claiming prompts and being inspired by them and posting the resultant creation on Canada Day. The prompts will take the form of pictures from the 1984 book "A Day in the Life of Canada".
Prompts are not open yet and posting is currently limited to the moderator until things get under way.
