The Guillotine is a buildable item, featured in the Zombies map Buried in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It is a needed for part of Richtofen's side of the Mined Games easter egg. It is located directly next to the Saloon. Richtofen requests the TranZit group to build the Guillotine, and power it up with 6 wisps. The purpose of the Guillotine is to harness enough energy to send the group into Infinity Mode (by placing a Time Bomb on the Guillotine).

The Satellite Dish is Located on the 2nd floor balcony of the Saloon, directly above the Guillotine.
The Crystal is located in the mine shaft, on some collapsed rubble. Easiest to get to by using the saloon's ladder.
The Antenna is located in the 1st floor of the barn, in the stables next to the tunnel entrance.
The Spool of Wire is located inside the Gunsmith Shop, located in the left room near the bank's underground tunnel.
The Wisps
In order to power up the Guillotine, you need 6 wisps. 1 Wisp will be aquired by hitting 3 signs in the mines (see Mined Games for more info), and the other 5 require 5 zombies to be killed near the Guillotine.
