It's my birthday ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I'm looking forward to... One more year of cute ships.... One more year of fanfiction.... One more year of good art.... One more year of friendships... One more year of sci-fi and fantasy books (I've cracked the code and found a lot of these mfs and I'm going to read the shit out of them).... And finally, one year closer to societal collapse (I'm looking forward to this)!

You know if rich people voluntarily paid for the arts and public resources again then maybe we wouldn't want to get rid of them so bad. 乁( ⁰͡ Ĺ̯ ⁰͡ ) ㄏ

There's two regulars and they're so cute. They give off the coolest most lovable vibes of everyone who has ever come to this pub, they're so nice and friendly, always having fun and making friends with people. The lady is Eastern European (there's been no good opportunity for me to ask where exactly, maybe Russian? I'm not sure) and he's British but despite living in the UK they speak her language together. Like how cute is that? They'll be chatting, making friends, having a good time and then after a few too many she'll switch to her language and they'll just talk to each other in her language for the rest of the night. It's so cute.

They have such aura man I can't even describe it. It literally feels like they are the vampire King and Queen of the pub. This is mostly because of their incredible sense of style, also it's a pub so I only ever see them in the evenings, and the fact that I have never met a single person who didn't like them (this never happens) and I swear to god they are hypnotic. They take their usual seats outside and it feels like they are absolutely holding court. The guy will get their first round of drinks and other customers will come up to the bar just to say hi, and then he'll go back to his wife and all of the regulars literally one by one will go out to them both and have a chat. They always get drinks bought for them too, but in secret because they're humble and will literally buy a drink for anyone who offers to pay for theirs.

Anyway, those guys are cool. I feel like I complain so much about my work but some of the regulars are pretty sick actually.

Update on these regulars:

I've actually seen them in the daytime now, they came out to watch the football, and they were acting just like normal. Super friendly although they did ask for a strawberry on top of one of their Stellas... and told me about how their friend made them try a Stella with chocolate sauce (apparently it was bad lmao). But anyway my point is I've seen them in the daytime so they're probably not vampires, even if they had either their hood up or sunglasses on inside. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Putting some Adora/Perfuma in my Catradora fanfic bc we crazy like that (ノ*0*)ノ

Perfuma is the love of my life, I love her so so so much she's literally my favourite character she's so cute and adorable and I don't think her and Adora are End Game but they could so have a cute romance before settling down with their people so imma write that, you good with that? Ye cool thanks guys.

Do vampires suck blood through their fangs like straws? I assumed that was the general consensus but I'm seeing other people saying stuff that makes it seem like they don't?? Are the fangs just making a hole that they drink the blood from??? Surely not!! In that case what makes them different to cannibals?

Very excited to create my own Witch Hat OC!!

My standards for creating OCs have become very high in recent years and honestly I just don't have the passion for it with most media. Ik I'm older but I feel like the worlds have gotten so boring and repetitive.

Maybe it's just what I'm seeing? But I'm glad Witch Hat breaks that trend <3

Sometimes all it takes is one negative interaction with a person for all of my socialist values to just be zapped completely from my body.

I literally have to talk myself down with "it's not the person, it's the system that created them" for a solid five minutes (and no longer interacting with that person because some people really are just absolute dicks)

Okay, just finished the fourth volume of Witch Hat Atelier and let me just say this ish is fire. If you've been thinking about reading it but are still not sure... This is your sign. Do it.

And the fan arts and crafts inspired by this series are absolutely top tier. Worth it not only for the story and the art of the original, but the sheer wealth of creativity that's being inspired in fans is absolutely fantastic. ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

I've gotten to the point in life where I really understand weird girl authors who write about embarrassing themselves completely and utterly and then murdering the gross middle aged man who makes them feel bad. I'm not saying I'm gonna do anything, but it does sound very therapeutic.
