- what are the students like at clu? i know this varies a lot, but in general...
- what do you wish you had known while making your college decision?
- are the athletics very competitive? im interested in swimming and water polo. im not great at either, just about average, but really enjoy them, esp. polo.
- what do students do for fun? where do they hang out? where do they study?
- how are the living options?

Hey! I'm new to the community. I go to Moorpark College and I live in Simi Valley, so Cal Lutheran is one of the schools I'm applying to transfer to next year. Pepperdine is off the list since I'd have to take 11 more classes (I don't THINK so!). Does anyone know about the polisci department--how good it is, is there a bias in the professors (I had an issue with a professor at Moorpark who was so crazy), blah blah. Most likely I'll go to Cal Lu anyway, so I gotta ask about these things! My dad thinks it's not good enough for me, which irritates me (he still has this pipe dream of me going to Yale or something...right). Anyway...hi folks!

How is the housing at CLU? Anyone live in the apartments? How many people do they cram per apartment?

If I want a beer, do I have to sneak it into my apartment and drink like I was in highschool, or if you are 22 can you just do what you want in your apartment. Im debating on moving into the apartments rather than living at my parents house for the duration of my academic career.

If it's real strict I will probably end up getting an off campus apartment.

I've already applied but I'm waiting to see if I can get accepted before visiting the campus.

Is anyone else's Cal Lu email not working? Mine keeps saying "login failed" and I know I put in the right password. Too bad it's 1am and ISS only has a message on these days anyway.
