Halfway down the hall was a fountain. A group of golden statues, larger than life-size, stood in the middle of a circular pool. Tallest of them all was a noble-looking wizard with his wand pointing straight up in the air. The species and characters we're primarily interested in are listed in the user interests below. You may notice that certain species are classified by the Ministry of Magic as beasts, but for the purposes of this community, we decided that our definition of personhood is intelligence and communication. If you have an interpretation of a non-human species that is not listed but nonetheless fulfills our criteria of intelligence and communication, we welcome it here too.
