this is the same information that’s on the website, just presented a little differently. it’s only the VRC section of the website tho, with a little extra info thrown in about the CVRS structure (mostly for new agents). CVRS agents on their first day get this physical manual and a lot of the time they’ll refer to it when working with patients. there’s also a “pretty” marketing-toned version that’s actually given to patients, but i’m not committed enough to make that one. yet….
