Buffy The Vampire Slayer - The Movie

If you haven't heard, Geocities is closing on October 26, 2009. Geocities has played an important role in the history of the Buffy: The Vampire Slayer fandom. On Fan History Wiki, we want to help chronicle the history of this fandom on Geocities before it is lost forever. We'd love to have you involved.

If you can edit any of the existing articles in the Buffy: The Vampire Slayer fansites on Geocities category, we would really appreciate it. What role did that fansite play in the fandom? When was it created? When was it last updated? Who did it serve? Where did it move to or why isn't it moving to a new home?

We know that our list of fansites isn't complete. We would love for you to create articles about the fansites we haven't gotten to yet. Template:fansites, Template:fan fiction archives just need to be copy and pasted in to a new article with the name of the article. Then fill out the information and hit save. If you're not comfortable creating an article from scratch, then please edit the information about the fansite (like dates, webmasters, archivists) to the Buffy: The Vampire Slayer fandom article.

Hooray! A Buffy Movie group. While I love the TV show, I can't forget the movie. Glad to know I am not the only one with a special place in my heart for it. Besides, I think that Paul Reubens still has the best death scene of any movie to date.

I don't know if anyone's reading this comm anymore, since it seems kinda dead, but i'll give it a try. I was watching the BTVSmovie for the second time last night, and i've got a real urge to make some icons, problem is I can't find any screencaps for it. Anyone know any good screen cap website?

Ahh! Hi. Hehe.. looks like u needed more members :D and well i'm sittin here actually WATCHIN this movie as i type. Lol.. god i love this movie, and honestly i can't stand sarah michelle gellar on that show so i refuse to watch it :] i stick to the original slayer, the one, the only, Kristy swanson. :]

Woo, first post! Well...not sure what to say. Was surfing around looking for movie sites, and I realized there are next to none...and there are no fics. I really wanted to read some fics...Buffy/Pike are so cute together! But since there were none...I went on a Buffy spree...and ended up making this community, lol. So here it is...enjoy!
