Community Info

This community is based on the Harry Potter communities hp100 and grangersnape100, and many others out there for drabbles.
This community is for 100 word drabble challenges in the BTVS/Angel fandom. This will be slightly different than most challenges though, rather than everyone working for themselves to win, you must choose a team to write for. You will write your own drabbles (you don't have to write as a team) but your team will get points for each drabble written.

Rules

• To post challenge responses you must join a team. (See links above to choose a team).


• Every Tuesday a new challenge will be posted. One week the challenge will lean toward lighter fics, the next toward darker fics.


• You can write as many or as few drabbles as you'd like that fit the posted theme. Interpret the theme however you'd like.


• All entries must be 100 words. Drabble series are allowed, but each part must be only 100 words.


• If you're posting more than one drabble (that are not a series) be sure to include a header for each (a separate post for each is better, but if you're going to post 10 drabbles in 20 minutes it's best to combine them so no one kills you for spamming their flist). If they're many drabbles in a series they can be under one header but make sure they're clearly divided so we can count them correctly.


• Make sure each entry is tagged with the tag for that entry, so we can find and credit your team properly.


• You can post responses to old challenges, just be sure to tag them with the right challenge name.


• If you're posting multiple drabbles, everything after the first one MUST be under a cut.

• Put the characters and title of your drabble (s) in the subject line


• This should go without saying, but don't plagiarize. Don't post something that isn't yours, don't take something from her and claim it as yours.


• Crossposting to other comms is allowed.


• You can only post new drabbles for challenges. It's too easy to dig through old stuff and find something to fit.


• Again, should go without saying, but play nice with others. We don't want to ban you, but if you cause wank, we will. I'm not overly patient with that sort of thing.


• Your header for all posts should look like this:

Teams

At some point, if enough people are participating I'll try to come up with some sort of occasional reward for winning teams. Other than just the satisfaction of winning. If you have any ideas for that feel free to suggest them.
But on to explaining the teams system…
There are two teams right now, The Scoobies and the Order of Aurelius
The Scoobies are the light team. This is the team for anyone that writes primarily lighter drabble. Fluff, comedy, or just one of those people that insists on a happy ending.
The Order of Aurelius are the dark team. This is the team for anyone that prefers the more angsty, dark, and extreme drabble. You know, those of you that don't believe in happy endings.
Whichever team you choose is who you will win points for. You are not however, locked into writing just dark or just fluff. If you are on The Scoobies team and a darker plot bunny hits you, write it, it still counts for you team. Same with the Order of Aurelius team and lighter fics.
