You've stumbled onto bsg_stills a Battlestar Galactica Icon Challenge Community. I'm trying to do this in the spirit of the stillness communities invented by quebelly. My name is avilina and I am your moderator.

Entry Rules

1) All entries must be 100x100 or less and 40k or less in size.
2) Icons MAY NOT be animated.
3) Entries must be anonymous and can not be posted ANYWHERE until contest winners are announced or that icon will be disqualified (This does mean your mod can enter).
4) Entries must be made during challenge time. It can't be something you made a long time ago.
5) You may enter up to 2 icons.
6) Your lj user name should be somewhere in the filename. (Example: username-entryone.jpg). It doesn't count if it's in the url.
7) Upload your icon onto a sever that allowes hotlinking such as Photobucket.
8) Icons are due Monday Night by 7pm MST.
9) I have a NO SPOILER policy which means to please not use pictures and such that would spoil upcoming episodes. To do this, I am asking you NOT to use pictures that are from episodes that have not yet aired.

Voting Rules

1) You must vote to win and you CAN NOT vote for yourself or recruit voters for your icons.
2) You must vote for your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice icon.
3) Voting ends on Sunday at 7pm MST. Sometime on Monday I will post the winners and next challenge.
4) Anyone can vote. Votes can not be anonymous but will be screened.
5) 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners will be awared. When there are 12 or more Entries a Commander's Choice award will be given for a non-placing icon of my choice.

After the Contest

I encourage you to put your icons up for all to see after the contest is over. If you include a contest entry or winner in your icon posts, please mention where you entered it/where it won to help bring attention to our community.
