Accident Reports
- Accident reports taken after November 1, 2011, are available instantly online through our partnership with CARFAX.
- CARFAX may charge a small fee for this service.
- You may also opt to follow the following procedure.
All Other Requests
Please use the following form to obtain a copy of an existing Police Report. This form will be submitted to the Brisbane Police Department, Records Division. For any questions, please email the Records Division.
Procedures for requesting and releasing reports:
- Completed forms must be accompanied by a copy of the requester's valid state picture identification.
- Please be prepared to show the relationship to the requested report.
- Approved report copies will be picked up and mailed to you (we're unable to email reports due to security reasons)
- You will be contacted at the telephone number you provided when the report is ready or if we have any questions regarding your request.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for a response.
