BrewHub Parcel Alerts
Program Description
BrewHub PHL offers an SMS notification service for customers who use our parcel hub services. When you sign up for parcel services and provide your phone number, you will receive text message alerts about:
- Package arrivals and delivery notifications
- Pickup reminders for packages waiting at our location
- Service updates related to your mailbox or parcel account
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your parcel activity. You will receive messages only when:
- A new package arrives for you
- A pickup reminder is sent (if package has been waiting)
- Important service updates occur
Typical customers receive 1-10 messages per month depending on package volume.

Text STOP to +1 (267) 244-1156 to opt out and stop receiving messages at any time.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to BrewHub Parcel Alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Participating Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
BrewHub Wallet Terms
1. Nature of the BrewHub Wallet
The BrewHub Wallet is a closed-loop prepaid payment system. By loading funds into the BrewHub Wallet, you are prepaying for future purchases at participating BrewHub locations and online. The BrewHub Wallet is not a credit card, credit line, depository account, or bank account. Funds loaded into the wallet do not earn interest and are not insured by the FDIC.
2. No Cash Value & Refunds
Unless required by law in your state of residence (e.g., specific low-balance cash-out laws), funds loaded into the BrewHub Wallet are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Wallet balances cannot be transferred to another user's account or used to purchase external gift cards.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Accounts
Your BrewHub Wallet QR Code functions identically to cash. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your BrewHub account credentials and your mobile device.
- Liability: BrewHub is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized transactions made from your wallet if your account or device is compromised.
- Resolution Efforts: If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately. While we cannot refund or reinstate funds that have already been spent by an unauthorized user, we will make a reasonable, good-faith effort to immediately freeze your current wallet balance, investigate the ledger activity, and securely transfer any remaining unspent funds to a newly issued account.
4. Loyalty Points & Multipliers
Points earned through the BrewHub Rewards program—including promotional multipliers awarded for BrewHub Wallet usage—are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. BrewHub reserves the right to modify the earn rate, alter tier thresholds, or revoke points associated with fraudulent account activity at any time without prior notice.
5. Account Suspension
BrewHub reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate any BrewHub Wallet account—and void any associated balances or loyalty points—if we suspect the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, chargeback manipulation, or is otherwise in violation of these Terms.
General Terms of Service
Use of Services
By using BrewHub PHL services, including our cafe, parcel hub, and mailbox rental services, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for lawful purposes only.
Interacting with Franklin (The AI Barista)
By creating an account and ordering through our chat, you consent to Franklin perceiving, analyzing, and permanently remembering your beverage choices.
- The "Usual" Clause: If you aggressively order a "large black Alfaro" at 7:00 AM three days in a row, Franklin will write this into his digital brain. If you suddenly switch to a decaf vanilla latte, he will process the request, but he will silently judge you.
- Medical & Allergen Boundaries: Despite his highly optimized neural network, Franklin is not a doctor, nor does he possess physical taste buds. If you have a severe food allergy, do not rely on the AI's memory. Tell a human barista. If you ask Franklin for medical advice, he is programmed to legally and politely refuse to answer.
Parcel Services
BrewHub PHL provides package receiving and holding services. We are not responsible for:
- Packages damaged before arrival at our location
- Packages not picked up within 30 days (subject to disposal)
- Contents of packages or any contraband
BrewHub Shipping & Insurance (Powered by XCover)
BrewHub PHL facilitates optional shipping insurance through XCover.com. By purchasing insurance for your outgoing parcels, you are bound by XCover's master policy. BrewHub acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for denied claims.
1. Deductibles
Each claim for jewelry and watches, antiques and artwork, and glassware and ceramics (including local pottery) is subject to a 25% Deductible applied by XCover.
2. Claim Deadlines
XCover strictly enforces the following reporting windows:
- Lost/Damaged: Claims must be reported no later than 30 days after the shipment date.
- Stolen ("Porch Piracy"): If the carrier marks the parcel as "delivered" but it is stolen, you only have 10 days from the delivery date to file a claim. A police report is required by XCover for these claims.
3. The "Signature Required" Mandate
Total Shipping Protection will void your coverage if you ship certain high-value items without purchasing "Signature Required" and tracking at checkout. This includes laptops, LCDs, TVs, or parcels containing over $250 in jewelry or watches.
4. Uninsurable & Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from coverage. If you ship them, they are entirely at your own risk:
- Cannabis, related products, and items containing THC.
- Perishable foodstuffs and temperature-sensitive items.
- Lithium Batteries (including eBikes, eBoards, or eScooters).
- Cash or currency.
Limitation of Liability
BrewHub PHL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
