Clutched in my cold dead hands I have this Tobe Hooper-bookended list of 31 horror films to binge-watch before Halloween ends. As per usual (see 2020 & 2021 & 2022) I viciously sawed the list up into 13 meaty chapters for your pleasure (read notes) and of course it abides by the tenth iteration of the 'Quick Easy Rules':
