FINALLY

We finally figured it out! The snuggly warm dog hat and scarf is finally here! After some long, hard, tedious work, we finally got them past production! We made them in 3 sizes, XS, SM, M/L. We're also almost done with the slotted hats for the ears to poke out of. I'll post images of those when they're finally ready as well!

Thanks everyone for all the feedback and suggestions! You flippin' ROCK!

So last night I was going through last winter's bag of ideas for winter dog hats and I found this funny red corduroy one which Stewie just loves to wear. I always laugh so hard when he wears this one but it poses a good question for this season's line of winter-wear....

QUESTION:
What is in more of demand by the customer???
a) Dog hats with cute lil teddy ears on the side or
b) Dog hats with lil slits for the pet's real ears to poke out of?

Help me out here... Let's put it to a VOTE!

Hey, I just joined, I have a Boston Terrier named Winston who is about two years old. He's a big sweet heart and well behaved for the most part but one thing we struggle with is pulling on walks, he just gets so excited about all the smells. We've tried just stopping and having him sit when he pulls and it's helped a bit but not completely. I was wondering if anybody had any advice about training Bostons not to pull, I've heard it's a fairly common problem with them just because they are so strong for such a small package. Are no-pull halters liek Haltis good?

Polka Dogs Ice Cream Social

Rain Date (even though today was beautiful)for tomorrow the 13th.

Anyone in the Boston area is more than welcome to come tomorow 4-7pm to Peters Dog Park in the south end, meet some awesome dogs up for adoption at the ARL. The ARL and Polka Dog Bakery will be putting on a complementary ice cream social, with ice cream bonewiches, tune melt icies, cookies and creme frozen yogurt. This is all obviously healthy dog friendly items.

If you don't know Boston to well it is off of washington st. Basically go down mass ave towards roxbury take a left onto washington and peters park is about 1/4 a mile down the street on the left.

go to arlboston.org for more info

This little guy may be there.

hmmm..

Hello My name is Allie I am a 19 year old college student. I am moving out to the Boston {more like Malden} area for school. I have to stay out there for a minimum of 6 weeks to get credit for school but I might just stay longer. But anyway I need someone that is willing to take in a pastry chef in training. I just got a job at Finale Desserts where I will be working in Malden for most of the time. I want to bring my puppy he is very small about 13 lbs and very friendly but If not possible that is okay. I am a good cook and I will be able to pay rent+ after my first pay check out there, I'm going to try to get cash before I go If money is needed right away i can get that i will just have regular checks after about a month. I am clean I won't have much stuff and I need a house in 5 weeks or I fail this class, which sucks. I really don't want to have to get a hotel or pay alot of money for a house {down payment all that jazz} But i can pay a portion of that if needed. I want a female roommate, I have no problems with most people I will pretty much just be working most of the time. Thank you very much for reading this and such hope someone can take me!

*EDIT*
can you guys help me find good vets in the boston-malden area?

Malden-area vets

Can anyone recommend, or not recommend, a vet in the Malden area?  Two are very close to me, but I don't have any information.  There's no hurry as yet; I just need to choose one, and I moved my dog from down South so I didn't ask my old vet.

Thanks!
