Boki Community is an online shopping/ sprees/ barter trade central. Here, you may choose to shop at our online store, participate in the organised sprees (currently it is not open to members) or even do barter trading with fellow members with your own stuff! Membership

Boki Community is open to anyone with the pure intention to shop and swap. Dishonest cheaters please stay away.
Upon joining as a member, you will be allowed to shop/spree and barter trade with fellow members.


Please kindly read the below Terms and Conditions for the respective section before committing to the activity.



Upon joining as a member of Boki Community, you must strictly adhere to the house rules of the Boki Community. We assume you have read and understand the terms and conditions and will be bounded by them.

1) All items sold at the online store are with limited quantity

2) Simply reply to the post following the order format.

3) Payment has to be made within 24 hours after we hold the items for you. After which, if payment has failed to be made, it will be passed on to the next buyer.

4) Goods sold are strictly non-refundable! So do make sure you clear all your doubts before committing!

5) Items will be process and send within one week upon payment.

6) Please use the offical format stated at the online store when purchasing items. Otherwise,risk ordering the wrong stuff!

7) Strictly through postage only! No meet up/ self collection.

8) Postage will be held at $1 for light items. $2 for mid items. $3 for heavy/bulky items, or otherwise that the organiser has decide.

Members posting

1) Members of Boki Community are allowed to sell their stuff at Boki upon approval by the moderator.

2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A) Strictly for small biz only. By that, all goods sold must have a minimum quantity of two and above.

B) No selling of personal unwanted products, if you really want to get rid of them, do so at the Barter Trading section.

C) Everything has to be transparent. State clearly the costs the buyer will have to incur i.e postage, handling etc.

D) No sprees/ online order i.e no ordering from websites etc - All have to be ready stocks.

E) Per member only subjected to one post at any one time.

F) Each post has a 2 weeks sale period after which the post has to be closed. (Kindly indicate the start and end date in the subject head)

G) No adding in of new items other than what the moderator has approved.

H) The noderator held the power to close the post at her own discretion.

1) Join spree at your own risk.

2) Currently, all sprees are conducted by the organiser only, to be 100% safe.

3) As we are ordering from suppliers/ websites, we do not have full control of the items delivered. Hence, the organiser is not to be held responsible for any wrong/ lost order.

4) Local Postage will be held at $1 for light items. $2 for mid items. $3 for heavy/bulky items.(which is inclusive of postage and handling charges)

5) Shipping will have to be shared among all participants.A base amount will be paid first, of which top up/ refund will be made after the shipping cost are confirmed.

6) We use VpostUSA and VpostJAPAN for sprees that do not provide direct international shipping.

7) Join the sprees only if you are comfortable.

C) BARTER TRADE http://community.livejournal.com/boki_barter/

1) Barter trading is strictly as the name suggested, commodity for commodity. STRICTLY NO CASH TRANSACTION ALLOWED.

2) If you decided to particpate in the spree, rules to the game have to be STRICTLY altered too. For this is the only section that is not wholly under the organiser's control, members has to practice discretion when trading.

3) Only trade with fellow members that you can trust. Responsiblity wholly lies in the hands of both traders so please make wise decisions.

4) A maximum of 5 items are allowed from the same individual at per trade.

5) If you are putting items up for trade, you will fall under the Boki Community honesty code which you will have to agreed to before you are allowed to join in the trade.

6) A list will be sent to you and you will have to fill up every single item in the list and post it together with your item. Honesty is very important here. If you don't follow the rules of the game, then you are out of the game!

7) If you are new to the member you are gonna trade with or you just want to be extra safe, Boki community provides a middleman service. The middleman service requires both parties to send their traded items to the given address. Upon receiving the items from both parties, the organiser will proceed to send them out.
