I LOVE Oingo Boingo
and most of the works by Danny Elfman.

I met Danny Elfman earlier this year. It was sorta a disapointment though. I mean, he was busy working but still....

i feel so special.

i'm the first to post on charlie and the chocolate factory!!! i know this isn't a tim burton community, but man... that movie was in the classic burton style...the only thing i didn't like was the computer duplication on the oompa loompas... and on the subject of oompa loompas... danny elfman wrote and sang the oompa loompa sooooooongs!!! there was like an 80 british disco-type song... the best was when mike tv turned small... it was like a hair metal rock fest... i think they want me to cream my pants... they had the preview for the corpse bride before charlie and the chocolate factory... woo-hoo!!!

Can anybody do LJ layouts? I can to a certain point, but I can't do what I want. If you can, email me some of your work and I'll get with you to design a layout for this community, and possibly make you a mod. I want to make this community grow and succeed. I would possibly consider letting downloads of rare things go on if there are enough people. So, let me know.

All right, I'd have to say that the Boingo/Elfman song that means the most to me is We Close Our Eyes. It means so much to me because it's so...for the lack of a better word, sweet. My boyfriend (lwindowlicker mod, also) and I love that song. Everytime I hear it, it reminds me of love and being with him. It makes me really happy.

Hey guys, my name is Cass. I'm 15, and i live in san diego, california. I've been a mystic knight/boingoloid ever since i can remember my dad playing stuff off the good for your soul album. my favorite boingo song has got to be on the the outside. glad to see there is a community devoted to one of the greatest bands ever. My favorite work of Elfman's is probably big fish, great movie with a great music score. elfman is hands down the most creative musician on the face of the earth, and when he collaberated with steve barateck that just made it even better, if thats possible.

Eh, hate to double post but I saw the at the bottom about my fave work of danny's etc.

My favorite work of his as a whole, is oingo boingo, his work in movies always bored me. Im 16.
