due to time issues and another project i am starting about stem
cell research, i am taking a short break from the body image project. i will however still

Interested?

Hey Everyone!!
I am really excited to get the ball rolling on this dcumentary project.
I want to start "collecting" videos from everyone. More details will be coming in the next couple days. I am wanting women to show their lives. Maybe carry around a camera for a couple weeks so, we can see your life. I want women to talk about body image and how it affects their daily lives.
I understand that some may be skeptical of this however, this is going to be a large part of my film and I feel it is very important.
For now, I just want to get an idea of how many people at this point are willing to actually be in my film.

PS. I am on a really crappy computer right now that barely lets me do anything because, my real computer is broken. I understand some people are having issues with my icon. I can't begin to tell you how upset I am by that. Please try to get through the next couple days!! The minute my computer is fixed, that icon will be changed.

In response to my earlier post:
This documentary will be ment to bring girls and women together in the same fact
 that most of us suffer from poor body image. Even if you don't want to be part of the movie,
I would still like to here from you. In more detail, the reason
behind my film is plain and simple: i'm sick and tired of 99.9% of
women being unhappy with themselves and the media around us
drilling it into our heads. I want to hear from every type of person. Every girl has
a story and I think we need to share them.
 
In the next couple months, I will being doing some research to find groups to talk to.
After this, I will try and start filming.
I am still a high school student, don't yet have my driver's license
(but will get it in about 1 month!!!!!!) ,own a $300 camcorder and have a
"crew" of about 3 or 4 people.
However, I am very passionate about doing this and
very, very excited. I think that films definitely change
people's views on a lot of things and can ban people together.
I would love for you guys to be a part of this!!!!

project!

I have always wanted to make documentary films. Lately, media and the way it affects women has been an issue in our society and everywhere else around the world. I am in the early stages of making a film about this issue. More information will be coming soon as I develop this movie more.
