I spent a decade as a game design professor but then decided to strike out into the world. 

I've been working on a few games of my own and as well as some novel games hardware with my startup Fourfold.

Also, I co-wrote a dang book about Bitsy! It's called Storytelling for Video Games Using Bitsy: A Guide for Aspiring Designers. We're pitching it as a practical, inspiring guide for teachers, students, and hobbyists exploring game narrative design with Bitsy, a beginner-friendly game making tool.  It blends classroom-tested methods and industry insights to cover every stage of creation—from brainstorming idea to publishing—using illustrated tutorials and exercises. We want to empower readers to craft vibrant worlds and interactive stories using a really neat tool.
