Now here's a depressing realisation - I've got eight stories that all belong in the same universe and an apt title for it is the Dysfunction verse, because it's mostly about relationships that are some level of fucked up. Well, okay, I don't have eight *complete* stories, I have four complete stories, one half-done and on hold story, one mostly done and not on hold story, a tag to one of the others, and one that I will write but am not yet.
And to avoid being any more annoying cryptic than I already am:
Dysfunction 'verse:
Colby/Lorne first kiss (okay, not massively fucked up, but right before Lorne leaves for the SGC, so, you know...)
Getting to Know You (aah, a healthy relationship. Possibly since it's Lorne+Cadman friendship and neither of them's dating)
Every End Is A New Beginning (Simpson/Cadman fic set during The Return)
Redefinition (where Colby really fucks up his and Lorne's relationship)
Trick of the Light about which the less said the better (the one where Daniel and Jack sort of trick John into sleeping with them)
Keep Going (John/Cam, sequel to Trick of the Light)
Reconciliation (Lorne and Colby again, trying to fix things through camping)
And So The End (Keller/Rodney break-up fic)
In less depressing (though possibly ill-timed, given the above) news: I think I have a date next week. It's kind of hard to tell since we're only communicating online and I've never met her, but she asked me to the lgbt film festival with her and to get a drink beforehand. Does that sound like a date? I haven't dated in... well, okay, I had one date about a year and a half ago, but before that, not since, like 2005, maybe? I don't remember how it works. Plus, also, it's not till next Wednesday, so I have over a week to stress about it (including a weekend with my parents, my sister and her boyfriend, in which it's sure to come out that I have a maybe-date, since I told my mum and she doesn't believe in keeping secrets from my sister, so, you know, cue the 20 questions, especially once they're drunk).
