Personal and creative writings are now friends locked. They are not fandom related, so I doubt there will be any interest in them. Fandom related things are public (pimping, reccing, randomness, etc). I love to friend favorite authors + artists from time to time. No need to friend back unless you really want to. :)

There are a lot of false claims made about restriction of freedom of speech, but in this case, it's basically textbook definition accurate! Fantastic read:

I bookmarked this a while ago and put off reading it for a long time because of the word count. Please don't let that deter you. If you like wonderfully imaginative adventure stories, steampunk aesthetics, ancient civilizations, allusions to Iron Man, new age mythology complete with rain forest jungle treks and crystal skulls, and a dash of veela heritage (that embodies its own mythology and looks nothing like its Slavic or JKR roots), then welcome aboard this wild ride. I think this was originally done for an AS/S fest. It's well worth a lazy afternoon read. It general aura has some small resemblance to Survival of the Species by romaine24 if you squint real hard. Part of the HD Smooch Fest, this fic is truly stunning. I don't think I even have the appropriate words to describe how deeply moving this fic is. The build up between Harry and Draco is slow, but perfectly paced. Much care has been taken in describing the setting so that the reader feels like they're there, witnessing an incredible relationship develop. The world the author creates really draws one in and it's really hard to leave it when the story ends...one of those stories that just feels so real that it's hard to let go. So don't be scared by the word count: truly, you'll wish the story never ends. I hope you enjoy it!

Part of the Beltane Fest, this fic is amazing. It really delves into the characters, which are admittedly OCC, but in the right way, i.e., handled with close attention and not with carelessness. The characters are really each written as people--flawed, vulnerable, confused. And it features a very multidimensional Luna! Just great writing all around and a story that will captivate you. As one commenter mentioned, it's really four stories in one.
