I Believe in Reinvention

I landed on LJ via fandom and that's primarily what you will find here, and still what I mostly pay attention to on my flist. I do, however, have the attention span of a gnat, so there are frequent divergences that are not actually related to anything of consequence. I'm also about as laid back as your average piano wire (which is to say, not at all) but I fake it pretty well most of the time. Sometimes I fail and reason doesn't manage to beat the very crazy person in my brain into submission. I fully plan on blaming any future lapses of this sort as posts made by the cat. Possibly with rebuttal commentary the two pups. It's good to have a plan, yes?

**That is, as far as I'm concerned, sometimes the best chemistry on any given show isn't the default male lead + default female lead. Sometimes it's the default male lead + the other default male lead. A lot of times because it's not what the writers are trying to write and it's what happens to sneak in. Also because sometimes? Sometimes the best of friends make the best of relationships.

Avengers (It's all Steve/Bucky, all the time right now, various OT3 positions available. Hi, my name is Blue and I have a Bucky Barnes problem. Non-current but never actually gone obsessions include Steve/Tony - there's Tony/Pepper down the list, yes - and Clint/Coulson. Natasha gets to choose anybody, or everybody for that matter. Or nobody. Natasha has all the choices in my universe.)
Check, Please! (Because Bitty is Really Goddamn Adorable. I mean, Bitty/Jack, but have you seen that Twitter account?? ♥)
Arrow (Oliver/Felicity, but I'm very happy with Oliver/Felicity/Sara, too.)
Teen Wolf (Derek/Stiles, naturally, because a. STILES and b. I already had a bulletproof werewolf kink, then they went and made a whole fandom out of it! *JOY*)
The Fast & the Furious (Brian/Dom because of the prreee-ttty. Also the fast cars. And sincere lack of... physics.)
Pacific Rim (Mako/Raleigh)
Haven (Audrey/Duke/Nathan)
Bond - Skyfall (Bond/Q, because Bond is action-oriented mostly unflappable and Q is tech-oriented mostly unflappable and I just keep picturing Bond's animal hindbrain going --challenge accepted--)
Person of Interest (Finch/Reese because codependent relationships are such a lovely addiction)
Thor (I tend to lump the MCU under "Avengers," but I'll give this its own line since Darcy Is Awesome)
Hawaii Five-O (Steve/Danny, also Kono/Kicking Ass)
GlamRPF (Kris/Adam, because it's just plain fun)
X-Men (Charles/Erik, with an emphasis on First Class)
Inception (Point Man/Forger, aka Arthur/Eames)
Star Trek: Reboot (Kirk/Spock, The Original OTP)...(OKAY FINE. I suppose it's time to add Kirk/McCoy, too. Damn Karl Urban for being lickable. And Kirk/Spock/Uhura, too, while I'm at it.)
Sherlock Holmes (For fannish reading, primarily Sherlock BBC, with an Elementary subset, and sometimes-but-rarely RDJ Holmes.)
White Collar (Peter/Neal/Elizabeth and its amaaaazing canon power dynamic.)
Leverage (Mostly Parker/Hardison/Eliot <-- There will never be enough Leverage OT3 fic)
Generation Kill (Brad/Nate, and this would be Stash's fault.)
Merlin (Arthur/Merlin, which is canon anyway, right?)
Stargate: SG-1 (Jack/Daniel, because once upon a time Nehellania said, "There's a hot archaeologist and Macgyver." And Blue said, "Sold")
Stargate Atlantis (John/Rodney - because applied astrophysics is sexy)
Highlander (Duncan/Methos, because 5,000 years is time to hone really good snark)
Supernatural (Total eye candy. Also, lately, Dean/Castiel and Sam/Gabriel.)
Battlestar Galactica (Lee/Kara, and let's just not discuss that canon ending, mmmkay?)
Iron Man (Tony/Pepper, because who doesn't love Pepper?!)
Doctor Who (Too many reasons to list. Seriously.)
Torchwood (Jack/Ianto mainly, but seriously JOHNBARROWMAN, OMG *dies*)
Due South (Fraser/RayK and you don't even need goggles!)
Smallville (Clark/Lex, my gateway drug. Lex being snarky still makes me warm and fuzzy inside.)
Firefly/Serenity (Gen, usually, but I'm flexible)
House, M.D. (House/Wilson - snark is love)
Farscape (Because Ben Browder cries beautifully.)
Harry Potter (Harry/Draco... as apparently I moved on to the hard stuff at some point.)
