Here in the shadows of my soul...

I was born in '89 to my Mum and Dad. In the first four months of my life we moved to four diffrent places (one of which was a fishing cabin:) before finding the log house & farm, where we lived till the fall of 2005. I have one younger brother, Gary, two older half-brothers and half-sister, Sam, Travis & Beth. We, my family and I take care of Sam's kids, Tony & Keira when he's at work (five days a week.)
I love pets and have a poodle: Opal and a Jenday Conure named Leeloo (After the lady in The Fifth Element).
I will listen to any music except heavy rap or really hard rock.
Because of my interest in the weird/unexplained and my belief in time travel I have been nicknamed Odd, which actally started as a joke, you know: "Hi, my name's Ruby, but my friends call me Odd" and it just kind of stuck. :)
My biggest goal is to own my own book store. My one desire is to learn to play the violin.

The story of my LJ name because so many people have asked and I'm getting tired of typing it out, lol.

A long while age there was this internet game where you pretended to be a vampire and I was signing up to it or trying to anyway as it kept telling me "Sorry, this username is already being used". After a while the game started replacing unusable names with 'Blood' and I began trying to include that in my username. I still wasn't getting anywhere when I hear from the Buffy episode Gary was watching a girl say "Can I be Anne?", I switched that to Anna and liked it so much that I've use it for nearly everything since. :)
