It’s almost absent-minded, at the end of their set, when Linhardt flips long hair over his shoulder and plants a kiss on Sylvain’s lips. Right there, in front of the crowd.
His heart swells and thumps, and he’s stunned for a moment, as the crowd whoops and cheers. Sylvain’s cheeks feel hot; is he blushing? Guess all his stolen glances, watching all that dark hair tumble down as Linhardt plays, didn’t go unnoticed after all.
Sylvain recovers—he’s not the front man for nothing. He reaches out and grabs Linhardt by the waist, letting the neck of his bass bump into Sylvain’s hip. When Sylvain pulls him in for a longer kiss, the crowd goes wild.
