Hi!
My name is Jatona Walker. On Thursday I will turn 69.y. I was born 11/2/48 and I have loved Man From UNCLE since it aired in 1966.
I am an Illya fan!
As for slash fandom, however, I did not discover that until some time later - after I'd moved to California.
I discovered, in a late friend of mine closet, a wealth of slash stories and zines (this was doing the time when many writers were beginning to put out 'paper stories') The first story I read was K/S! I was hooked and wrote my first slash story in that fandom.
Now I not only read slash, I write in K/S, S/H, MFU, and, most recently, Gibbs/Ducky.
I have found some of my earlier work in K/S and will, eventually, add them to the K/S journal and my own journal - I have been trying todo this since 2012 but real life kept interfering.
I have been in Tuskegee, AL, since May, helping my aunt take care of my uncle. I hae had some wonderful experiences concerning the black history of this university and State.
