I think it's very awesome that you've decided to do this. This is actually only my second year doing this and my first year that I got to nominate some fandoms (last year I decided to participate after the nominations were over). So I'm pretty excited.
Here are my three requests:
Villette - Charlotte Brontë
I read this book for the first time about a year ago and I started to yearn for some fanfic for this because I found the character of Lucy Snowe fascinating.
What I'm interested in is a fanfic that addresses the ambiguous ending of the book. You can chose whether Paul Emanuel returns to Villette or not, but if you chose to go toward that route, I'd definitely would like to see how the whole Protestant verses Catholic theme is continued from the book. However, I would not mind if he did indeed never return. What I am interested in is how Lucy would react to whatever situation that she finds herself in and if she is happy or not. A happy ending is not required, but I'd like the story to be realistic to Lucy's personality. Also, I'd also find it interesting if Lucy continues to communicate with Ginevra via letters and if she has changed any over time.
Once Upon a Time (2011)
I've only seen the first three episodes so far, but I already sorta ship Maleficent and the Evil Queen together. XD This is probably one of the few times I'd request a story that could be NC-17 rated if the writer was up to it. I'm interested in seeing them in a relationship from their younger days (I dunno, maybe they went to evil boarding school together? :P) that has kinky overtones with power plays going on between the two because I wouldn't put it beyond those two to fight every so often. If they have sex with each other, I'd like them having rough sex.
Also, a short cameo by Rumpelstiltskin being his lovely creepy self would not be amiss. XD
Provost's Dog - Tamora Pierce
I'd love to see an exploration of Beka Cooper's relationship with her new husband, Farmer Cape (or rather, he'd be now Farmer Cooper XD) and how they divide the household chores and the silly banter that goes on in their household because I think that this may be my favorite pairing in Tamora Pierce's Tortall books other than perhaps Aly and Nawat. Farmer really endeared himself to me with his "I'm a bumbling mage who doesn't really know what he's doing" act and just how well he fits with Beka. You can also have other characters appear if you wish as visitors because it might be interesting to see how they receive visitors to their home.
General Notes
I don't mind getting dark fic and in fact, I encourage it for my second request, but I'd rather not get dark fic for my third request because really those two deserve some levity rather than having to deal with serious business all the time. I usually do not care for anything above an R rating (for violence), but as I mentioned in my second request, I would not mind NC-17 fic for that one. I only really care for sex when I directly ask for it in my requests, though in canon pairings perverted joking or teasing is acceptable. It's not that I'm particularly a prude, it's just that I am not always in the mood for smut.
I also like characters being in character obviously, so each request would hopefully result in a different tone. So, I also love appropriate tones that matches the source or fits the character's situation/location. Actually, I'm not that hard to please and can't really think of what else to say. ^^; Hopefully, my prompts were clear enough so you'd know what I'd like, but not too specific that you don't have a lot of creative room. I hope you have fun writing my gift. ^^
Also, I generally prefer gen, but seeing two of my prompts this year are focused on pairings, this year, I'm not really expecting that though gen fic for Villette would be lovely. I also like slice of life fanfic. As for my liking for dark fic, I don't really like dub-con/non-con except for certain pairings and none of those are being requested here.
